I developed a beautiful four-bedroom house in an exclusive gated community along Four Mile Beach in Port Douglas, in vicinity to Australia's world famous Great Barrier Reef. With its own pool and in a beautiful tropical environment, this villa is a gem.

When I found the block of land, I immediately saw the potential of building something remarkable. Having collaborated with a very reputable construction company of the region, I achieved a great return on my investment when I sold this property.

The first development I did was an absolute success. Having found this block of land in a gated community along Queensland's sought-after Sunshine Coast at the beginning of COVID-19, instead of going into lockdown I decided to take the risk - and was right when everybody wanted to move to coastal areas in Australia during the pandemic. 

​

A beautiful four-bedroom house designed and constructed by an excellent local boutique development company, the experience I derive from this venture has taught me a lot about property development and I feel deeply grateful the journey.

My first overseas investment has been a great journey of success. It is a one-bedroom apartment in a gated community on the Canary Islands in Spain, which are a magnificent archipelago off the African continent yet politically belong to Spain and the EU.

 

Blessed with constant spring and summer throughout the year, I immediately fell in love with the different islands and decided to try my luck with an investment on Fuerteventura. The apartment can currently be rented on AirBnB and I usually spend some time there during European summers while I am currently getting a villa built on the same island.

My first investment in Australia has been a beautiful experience in my all-favourite Noosa in sunny Queensland. A three-bedroom apartment in a gated community tucked away from the main part of Noosa yet close to all the beaches you can think of. 

​

Located in Parkridge, the development comes with various amenities including a fine dining restaurant. When I saw the project for the first time, and this was before Noosa was expensive as it is today, I immediately saw the potential that the development could have. I am very grateful for having taken the courage to go ahead with it.

West is best as they say and so I thought that the most underrated capital city in terms of investments definitely deserves a better price point for its properties than it had when I decided to sign up for this two-bedroom investment in the so-called Golden Triangle of Perth. 

​

With essentially zero vacancy in Perth, significant investments and consistent population growth, Perth has recorded excellent growth and still offers good opportunities going forward. 

​
